Аннотация:
Дается полное решение указанной в заглавии задачи с помощью принципа максимума для задач с фазовыми ограничениями, принадлежащего А. А. Милютину и А. Я. Дубовицкому. Результаты работы позволяют построить оптимальный синтез, который может быть реализован в виде алгоритма для бортовой управляющей микро-ЭВМ системы автоведения поезда.
