Аннотация:
В статье в систематизированном виде излагаются экспериментальные и теоретические аспекты нелинейного эффекта возникновения гармоник и комбинационных частот в контактах металл-окисел-металл на радиочастотах. Рассматриваются особенности и закономерности нелинейного рассеяния радиоволн металлическими объектами, содержащими такого рода контакты. Илл. 7, библиогр. ссылок 38.
