Аннотация:
Обсуждаются результаты по развитию теоретических моделей прямого лазерного наноструктурирования поверхности твёрдых тел. Исследуется ряд механизмов наноструктурирования, касающихся модификации поверхности, в зависимости от интенсивности падающего лазерного излучения и свойств материала. Приводятся экспериментальные примеры поверхностных наноструктур для керамик и металлов. Внимание сосредоточено на наносекундных лазерах, поскольку они доступнее и проще в использовании по сравнению с пико- и фемтосекундными лазерами, что важно для развития дальнейших приложений.
