Получено уравнение для преобразования Стильтьеса нормированной функции распределения собственных значений случайных полосковых матриц в пределе, когда ширина полосы и порядок матрицы одновременно стремятся к бесконечности. Найдены условия, при которых этот предел совпадает с полукруговым законом.
