Аннотация:
В обзоре представлено современное состояние экспериментального изучения свойств водородных наноструктур. Рассмотрено поведение водорода в нанокристаллических материалах на основе металлов, сплавов, интерметаллидов, кремния, германия и других полупроводников, а также фуллеренов, графитовых и других нанотрубок. Кратко приводятся сведения о методах получения наноструктур на основе этих обьектов. Проанализированы особенности структуры и дефектов, растворимости и диффузионной подвижности, термодинамических и физических свойств. Обращено внимание на многие недостаточно исследованные аспекты.
