Аннотация:
Решена линейная плоская задача о колебаниях эллиптического цилиндра в идеальной несжимаемой жидкости конечной глубины при наличии ледяного покрова конечной длины. Ледяной покров моделируется упругой пластиной постоянной толщины. Определены действующие на тело гидродинамические нагрузки, зависящие от частоты колебаний, положения цилиндра и пластины.
