Аннотация:
The existence of Y2−xCaxFeTaO7−δ
solid solutions (x = 0 – 0.075) with a pyrochlore-like layered structure was established. The appearance of the magnetic properties characteristic for canted antiferromagnets was observed as a result of structure distortions (space group R¯3→ space group P3121 associated with a change of composition.
Y2−xCaxFeTaO7−δ exhibits ferromagnetic properties already at 300 K.
