Abstract:
Some spectral asymptotic properties of the nonselfadjoint operator A associated with a noncoercive bilinear form in the space Hl=L2(0,1)l are investigated in the article.
Such problems as summability of the Fourier series of elements f∈Hl with respect to the system of root vector-functions of the operator A by the Abel method with brackets, estimate for the resolvent of the operator A are considered.
