Abstract: A model of heat transfer during the deposition of a semitransparent material on a cooled curvilinear substrate is constructed. The model takes into account all the main thermophysical processes: convective heat transfer and heat and mass transfer during deposition of particles on a substrate, as well as radiation heat transfer taking into account the optical properties of the applied semitransparent coating. For the developed mathematical model, a numerical solution is given, which makes it possible to obtain the temperature distribution over the thickness of the substrate and coating at any time. The results of a numerical calculation using the constructed computational algorithm are presented and analyzed. The effect of the substrate shape and deposition rate on the temperature distribution in the coating is revealed. The dependence of the temperature of the growing coating on its optical characteristics is shown. The simulation results are compared with known experimental data.
