Abstract:
The mathematical theory to control the solutions of systems of linear difference equations in composite regions is considered. The theory suggested by author is oriented to be mathematical model of technical devices for controlling the sound, particularly, protect the given subregion (“the room with open window”) against external (“street”) noise.
