Abstract: Disaccharides Sug1-4GalNAcα-Osp (Sug = Gal, Glc, GalNAc, GlcNAc in α- or β-configuration) were synthesized as spacer (sp) glycosides. Their strong interaction with serum antibodies of healthy donors was demonstrated using a printed glycan array (PGA).
