Abstract:
The effect of infrared, green, and ultraviolet laser radiation on the electrical resistance of the Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3/LaMnO3 heterostructure is studied. Illumination increases the resistance in the temperature range of 80–200 K with a characteristic time of ∼4–15 s. The negative effect of the photoconductivity is detected under irradiation by infrared, green, and ultraviolet radiation.
